This lemon essential oil is made from the rinds leftover from a lemonade vendor local to Spokane, WA. When I saw the lemons being thrown away, I told him I would take his rinds to steam distill into an essential oil. This product is only distilled during August and September. It is a very clear oil that is complex in its smell. It has obvious citrus notes, but also layers of sweetness and bitters. Our oil has a complexity to it that isn't found in other essential oils on the market.
